We are collecting essential items for school districts on the west coast impacted by Hurricane Helene. Your generosity can make a difference!
We are in need of:
Children's clothes (new or gently used), socks, and underwear
Canned goods
Bottled water and juices
Personal care items (shampoo, soap, toothbrushes, etc.)
While we have plenty of school supplies, these home essentials are critically needed.
Our staff members will personally transport your donations to the affected areas. Please drop off your items by October 16th at the PCSD District Office located at 200 Reid Street, Palatka, FL 32177.
If you have any questions, feel free to call 386-329-0538. Thank you for your support! 💙

We are so proud of our PCSD team—Travis Woods, Kevin Hall, Codey Busey, Kris Shrouder, John Chastain, Phillip Wilkinson, and Buck Player—who took equipment and manpower to Suwannee and Dixie Counties to help with cleanup efforts after Hurricane Helene. PCSD staff are always ready to lend a hand when times are tough, and these counties expressed their deepest thanks because PCSD always answers the call. 💪💙
Director of Maintenance, Travis Woods, shared his pride in the team’s dedication and determination: “I’m incredibly proud of this team. Their willingness to help, even sacrificing time with their families over the weekend, shows the strength of our community.”
This is what makes PCSD so great—always coming together to support others! 🙌
