How do I apply for Putnam Virtual School (PVS)?
Completing the PVS application is the first step in the enrollment process.
Submission does not guarantee enrollment in Putnam Virtual School.

We recommend students meet the following:
Demonstrate Proficiency (Level 3 or higher) on FAST Reading & Math State Assessments.
Passing grades for subjects and/or courses from the previous school year’s enrollment.
On track for graduation and/or promotion to the next grade.
Positive history of attendance at their previous school.
Cumulative GPA of 2.0 (C average) for students 9–12.
Note: Students who do not meet all of the recommendations listed above may still be considered for enrollment. We review each student’s individual situation before making a final decision. Scoring proficient with level 3 or higher is a critical attribute since students must read and comprehend all on screen the content themselves.
